About the space

Elle Fitness and Social is the busy fitness and social club that sits right in the heart of the lively King Street West Neighbourhood. The bright and well light studio rooms are energizing and totally Instagrammable.  (Speaking of which, snap a pic of Beyoncé as you walk up the stairs to the studio.)

How to get there

TTCThe studio is conveniently accessible by the 504 King, 510 Union Station or 510 Spadina Station TTC streetcars.

ParkingThere isn’t any parking for the studio. During low-key hours, you might be able to find street parking. But 107 Portland St Parking is just a one-minute walk to ELLE Fitness.

How to Prepare

This class is perfect for someone with some level of physical fitness but wants to take it to the next level (or even a newbie who really wants to be challenged). Be prepared for active recovery days – otherwise you’ll be overly sore and stiff. Come to class dressed to work out. Bring your bottle of water, energy, positive attitude to learn and get fit, get ready to sweat!
