About the space
House of VR is a virtual reality lounge and event space that’s located in trendy Queen West. Its overall fun and communal atmosphere, psychedelic murals, and glowing galaxy and infinity mirror bathrooms make it the perfect space for an engaging and relaxing yoga class.
How to get there
TTC: From the nearest subway stop, Queen’s Park Station, it’s a quick streetcar trip on the 506 Carlton Westbound.
Parking: If you’re driving, there is normally street parking available along College, but there is an Impark public lot nearby located at 340 College Street.
How to Prepare
Come well-hydrated with your yoga mat, towel, and a large bottle of water. If you don’t have a yoga mat, we rent them out at the venue for $2. It’s advised not to wear shoes or socks to class for your safety. The space is sanitized before every class. If it’s your first time coming to a class, please try to arrive 15 minutes before for any questions. Be ready 5 minutes prior to the class, and enjoy your practice.

Shaun is an experienced yoga teacher and mobility coach.
He teaches dynamic flow-based yoga styles and mobility that aim
to improve range of motion, flexibility, stability, and strength.
