How to Book

Stay motivated, stay accountable. Personal training is the most effective and fastest way to reach your fitness goals. Book your first private training today for up to two people.
LAUNCH IT

Log in to the FITREP app and choose your Private Training option. Workout at a trainer’s studio, or get trained at the comfort of your own space.

BOOK IT

Select your trainer, set a desired workout, date, and time. Add an attendee to workout with a partner, friend, or family member. Click Confirm and get ready to sweat it out!

DO IT

Get up, and show up. Booking your session is half the battle. Your trainers will have the necessary equipment and program program ready, all you have to do is be present, and kill your workout.

KEEP AT IT

Consistency is key in reaching any long-term fitness or lifestyle goals. Book a package, multiple workouts with your favourite trainer, or explore other training styles to spice up your workout routine.

At a Studio

Don't have a space to workout of? Choose from our list of trainers with studio gyms and spaces you can book for your private training session at no extra cost.

At your location

Value convenience and time-efficiency? Book your trainer to workout with you at home, your condo gym, office, or any outdoor location.

Fitness Boxing

For those looking for a workout that burns calories, gets your heart rate going, and isn't repetitive in nature, boxing is the way to go. Boxing incorporates different elements to help you burn calories on your way towards weight loss, and helps you build stamina and endurance in the process. Find out some of the exercises you'll be doing during your boxing session below.
